HOW TO PREPARE:
- Soak the snow fungus in clean warm water until they are soft for approximately 30 minutes. Trim off the tough yellowish part of at the bottom of the snow fungus and then tear it into smaller pieces.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and add all the ingredients except rock sugar. Please add 1.5 liter water for small pack / 3.0 liter for large pack.
- Bring back to a boil and then lower the heat to let it gently simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Add in rock sugar and stir well until they are melt.
- Turn off the heat and it's ready to serve! You may now serve it with warm or chilled (with ice)
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
- Store in cool and dry place.
- Protect from insects and pests.
